Your answers to these questions will help us to place the right companion rabbit with the right family. We like to place our rabbits in the best possible home.

All information gathered on this application will be kept strictly confidential.

You must be at least 18 years old to fill out this application. If you are not, please ask your parents to fill out the application. Please answer the following questions to the best of your ability.

Housing

Our volunteers and fosterhomes are located in and around Gainesville, Florida. Are you able to travel here to meet the rabbit you are interested in? Yes No
