Bun of the Month is Finch. He is a Rex/American Mix born June 23, 2019. Finch was born in rescue when mom Larkin was rescued from a Rockledge backyard. He was one of 8 babies born to Larkin. He is a very sweet, friendly and curious rabbit and will be a wonderful addition to almost any home.
Bun of the Month is Bander. He is a Lionhead Mix born May 26, 2018. Bander was born at the rescue when we rescued his mom Alice from Sixth Street in Gainesville. According to his foster Mom, he’s a sweetheart once he gets to know you. He is great with his litter box and his manners. Loves to free roam. He is a bit wild around other buns, so would do best as a bachelor (so far).
Bun of the Month is Cypress. He is a Florida White Mix born around 3/1/16. While his fosterers are still working on his grumpy-ness, he decided that dogs are okay and not too scary, but cats are still not his friend, nor are people that smell like cats! He would prefer to be the only animal in the home and needs someone that would be patient and earn his trust. He is happiest when he gets supervised outdoor time.
Bunny of the day is Tulip. She is an American Mix born around June of 2018. Tulip was captured on Sixth Street and came into rescue pregnant and she delivered 5 babies on February 9, 2019. Tulip is extremely shy and afraid of people. She is currently in a one on one foster home to give her the attention she needs to help her overcome her shyness. She is an excellent litterbox user.
Bunny if the day is Gumball. He is a Mini Rex born around June of 2018. He is a sweet, friendly, loving and curious rabbit. He is from a breeder and would do well in almost any circumstance. He is a beautiful and nice little boy.
Bun of the month is Amethyst. She is a Californian born around February of 2018. Amethyst came from Citrus County Animal Control. She is sweet, friendly and loves attention.
Bunny of the Month is Misha. She is a Mini-Lop Mix born around January of 2015. Misha is a great rabbit. She is a little shy until she gets to know you, but will do well in almost any home. She came into rescue from the Melbourne area where she was kept outside on a farm. She came in with her sister MiMi who she is not bonded with.
Bunny of the day is Poppet. She is an American Mix born April 1, 2018. Poppet is one of 4 babies born to mom Cecilia who was rescued from Sixth Street. She is sweet and friendly but still a little bit shy. She would do well in almost any home.
Onyx and Lady Bug are both Holland Lops. Onyx is black and was born around March of 2016 and Lady Bug is brown and born around March of 2017. Onyx is Lady Bug’s mom and both these girls are very sweet, loving, friendly and easy to pick up. They also love each other very much. Lady Bug has a blocked tear duct in her left eye which we haven’t been quite able to get under control and can result in weepy eye or even infection that requires meds. She also has a cataract in her right eye. They will make someone a great addition but will need a family who can be attentive to Lady Bug’s special needs.
